Your responsibilities

• In this position you will be responsible for:
• Developing sales in your assigned territory and building lasting relationships with clients.
• Professional client service, offering comprehensive support regarding our products.
• Expert advice on crop cultivation, fertilization, and plant protection, which will earn you the status of a trusted partner among farmers.
• Acquiring new clients and actively expanding your contact base.

Our requirements

• The ideal candidate is someone who:
• Has sales experience in the agricultural industry, which they will use to develop our offer in the market.
• Has an agricultural education and broad knowledge of agronomy, enabling expert advice on cultivation and the use of plant protection products and fertilizers.
• Is communicative, independent, and goal-oriented, with a passion for fieldwork.
• Is willing to improve qualifications and develop their skills in a dynamic industry.
• Holds a category B driver's license.
