Sales Representative (Technical-Commercial Advisor) (M/F)

Your responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for developing rental services sales and building lasting relationships with clients in the construction and industrial sectors. You will spend most of your time in the field - meeting with clients, advising them, and together with them, selecting the best solutions for construction equipment rental. Your daily work will involve a lot of independence and proactivity - you will set and make commercial decisions in response to the current market situation. In addition to developing relationships with existing clients, an important element of your role will be acquiring new contacts - your systematic work, perseverance, and ability to build relationships will be key here. We work towards specific sales goals, sharing knowledge and supporting each other.

Our requirements

• Organizational skills and planning ability - you will "handle the matter" from A to Z: from the conversation with the client, through organizing and selecting equipment, to effectively finalizing the rental.
• Charisma and assertiveness - the ability to convince people and build relationships with ease.
• High motivation to act and independence in decision-making.
• Knowledge of the terrain topography and a category B driving license.
• Creativity and initiative in searching for and acquiring new clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word).

Mile-seen

• Knowledge of the construction industry, a technical approach, or a desire to develop in this direction (you don't have to know the equipment, we'll teach you!).
• Experience in B2B customer service.
