Sales Representative / Agrotechnical Advisor (Agriculture) (m/f)

We are recruiting for

For our Client, a leading supplier of plant protection products for the agricultural industry, we are looking for individuals for the position of Sales Representative / Agrotechnical Advisor.

Your responsibilities

• acquiring new customers and maintaining and developing business contacts with existing clients in the assigned territory,
• active sales and achievement of sales plans,
• market and competitor analysis,
• providing customers with technical support by organizing meetings, training sessions, and presenting commercial offers,
• providing customers with substantive support, including agrotechnical advice,
• participation in trade fairs, industry conferences, and promotional events as a company representative,
• initiating activities to increase sales efficiency (e.g., recommending changes in offers, promotions, commercial materials),
• reporting on your activities.

Our requirements

• experience in the agricultural industry, preferably with foliar fertilizers,
• readiness for business trips,
• high interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills,
• ability to diagnose customer needs and build long-term relationships,
• strong orientation towards achieving set goals, ability to set priorities,
• driving license category B.
