Tasks

Shape, don't just process – The MSW effect.

As an audit assistant, you will be part of the mandate from the beginning and work closely with our auditors. You will get to know the companies behind the numbers, take on your own audit fields step by step, and receive professional guidance, rather than being thrown in at the deep end. True to the motto “independent, but never alone,” your range of tasks will grow with your experience:

• Participation in annual and consolidated financial statement audits
• Independent processing of individual audit fields after onboarding
• Auditing of accounting records, documents, and individual items
• Support in preparing audit reports
• Involvement in audit-related and business management issues
• Contribution to the further digitalization of our audit processes

Qualifications

What you bring with you.

Whether fresh from university or with a few years of professional experience, what counts for us is that you think proactively and want to develop yourself. Clear structures, a manageable client portfolio, and real teamwork ensure that you will quickly grow into the role.

Ideally, you bring:

• Completed business studies degree, ideally with a focus on auditing, accounting, or tax
• Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions is welcome, but not a requirement
• Interest in long-term development in auditing
• Independent and structured way of working
• Reliability and high professional diligence
• Residence in Stuttgart or a well-connected surrounding area
