Aufgaben

Gestalten statt abarbeiten – Der MSW-Effekt.

As a Prüfungsassistent, you will be part of our mandate from the start and work closely with our auditors. You will learn about the companies behind the numbers, take over step-by-step your own audit fields, and grow professionally accompanied, rather than being thrown into the deep end. True to the motto "independent, but never alone", your area of responsibility grows with your experience:

• Participation in annual and group audits
• Self-responsible processing of individual audit fields after familiarization
• Audit of accounting records, documents, and individual positions
• Support in preparing audit reports
• Collaboration on audit-related and business questions
• Participation in the further digitalization of our audit processes

Qualifikation

Whether fresh from university or with initial professional experience, we value that you think for yourself and want to develop. Clear structures, a manageable portfolio of clients, and genuine teamwork ensure that you quickly get settled:

• A completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on auditing, accounting, or taxation
• First practical experience through internships or a work student internship is welcome but not a must
• Interest in long-term development in auditing
• Independent and structured working style
• Reliability and high professional care
• Domicile in Stuttgart or easily accessible surroundings
