Tasks

• Support with reviewing annual financial statements and company valuations, as well as preparing annual financial statements for companies from various industries and legal forms
• Participation in ongoing tax and business consulting
• Preparation of tax returns and review of tax assessments
• Participation in due diligence reviews
• Support with conducting company valuations

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field
• First practical experience in the field of accounting, audit, financial management, or tax consulting (e.g., through internships or work student activities)
• Analytical thinking and a structured and meticulous working style
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking; English language skills are an asset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ideally first experience with DATEV and/or Caseware
