Tasks

• Support in examining annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements, as well as preparing annual financial statements for companies from various industries and legal forms
• Participation in ongoing tax and business consulting
• Preparation of tax returns and review of tax assessments
• Participation in due diligence examinations
• Support in conducting company valuations

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a similar field
• First practical experience in the field of auditing, accounting, or tax consulting (e.g. through internships or work student activities)
• Analytical thinking and a structured and meticulous working style
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking; English language skills are an asset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ideally first experience with DATEV and/or Caseware
