Process Specialist Workshop
Tasks
Analysis, optimization, and documentation of workshop processes with a focus on efficiency and quality
Preparation of key figures and reports as a basis for the management and further development of workshop operations
Support with SAP and associated systems, as well as interface to IT and specialist departments
Planning, control, and implementation of projects, including budget and deadline monitoring
Introduction of new IT tools, AI-supported solutions, and standards, as well as training of employees
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field; further training as a technician HF Operations Engineering, Process Technician HF, or Process Specialist is an advantage
Fluent German language skills
At least 3 years of professional experience in the process and project environment
Experience with process modeling (BPMN), Lean/Six Sigma, and project management
Very good MS Office and SAP skills, as well as a high affinity for IT and AI
