Process Optimization Consultant in Production Organization (m/w/d)

Tasks:

• Analyzing and optimizing production systems and value chains - Planning and implementation of end-to-end process optimizations, including logistics and supply chain systems - Planning and realization of factory layouts, material flow, and internal logistics - Integration and commissioning of manufacturing facilities, including coordination with suppliers - Conducting process analyses, capacity and throughput calculations - Accompanying change and turnaround management processes, including training and qualification of skilled and leadership personnel - Conducting workshops on layout and material flow planning as well as development of automation concepts - Ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit-relevant requirements in the production environment

Qualifications:

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in industrial engineering with a focus on production technology - Alternatively: Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or similar, followed by a qualified further education (technician (m/w/d) or business administrator (m/w/d)) and a corresponding specialized additional qualification - Knowledge of process optimizations in the production environment, factory planning, and routine handling of Lean Management methods - Very good knowledge of Visio and AutoCAD - Analytical thinking and structured approach - Willingness to use, self-reliant, goal-oriented work style, and team and cooperation skills - Good knowledge of MS Office programs
