Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a storage system in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy – from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. The heart of our system is our AI-powered platform Enpal.One+, which intelligently networks thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in on the energy market.

metrify is Enpal's smart metering unit and the digital infrastructure for an intelligent energy ecosystem. With tens of thousands of installed iMSys and scalable processes, we make energy measurable, controllable, and economically usable – and together with our partners, we create the basis for new business models of the energy transition.

Your Tasks

• You manage operational processes related to smart meter replacement and keep all necessary information up-to-date in our systems.

• You work daily in multiple systems simultaneously, identify discrepancies, and ensure that every order runs cleanly through the system and is completed correctly.

• You communicate clearly and professionally with grid operators, market partners, and internal teams (email, phone, portals, tickets).

• You think in rules and patterns: you identify process errors, find causes, and suggest improvements. You maintain an overview even with many parallel tasks and can prioritize them.

• You ensure that regulatory requirements and internal standards are met.

Your Profile

• You have a high affinity for digital systems and enjoy working with multiple tools and interfaces simultaneously.

• You work in a structured, analytical, and precise manner – you like it when data is clean and processes run logically.

• You recognize patterns, enjoy working with rules/checklists, and feel comfortable in systematic workflows.

• You prioritize well, can calmly sort through many parallel processes, and do not lose overview. You are self-organized, solution-oriented, and work independently.

• You communicate clearly – both internally and externally – and ask for information early if it is missing. You are eager to familiarize yourself with a complex, exciting field (energy industry / market processes).

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
