Your Mission:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Process Manager: Business & Digital Workflows (m/w/d), who will comprehensively consider our professional business processes: from structured recording and documentation to continuous development and operational implementation in digital workflows.

• Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Prozesslandkarte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
• Strukturierte Dokumentation von Prozessen, Schnittstellen sowie Daten- und Informationsflüssen (z. B. BPMN, Prozesslandkarten)
• Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Standards und Tools im Prozessmanagement (z. B. BPMN)
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in umsetzbare Konzepte für digitale Workflows in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
• Etablierung und Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Prozessgovernance und -transparenz

You bring:

• Study or comparable qualification in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
• Multiple years of experience in process management, workflow design, or digital workflow implementation
• Knowledge in BPMN, process modeling, or digital workflow platforms
• Structured, analytical, and self-responsible working style
• Able to bring together technical and professional requirements
• Communication strength and secure stakeholder management
