The Process Management & Organizational Development department supports all companies belonging to the big. bechtold-group in strategic and organizational questions as well as in the context of continuous improvement.

To strengthen our team at the Karlsruhe location, we are looking for a

Process Manager (m/w/d)
full-time

Tasks

• Analyze, document, and continuously optimize existing business processes and interfaces
• Identify and implement potential for improvement regarding efficiency, quality, costs, and processing times
• Develop, implement, and maintain target processes as well as corresponding process documentation
• BUILD and further develop KPIs as well as analyze process data including reporting and developing measures
• Participate in the selection and implementation of digital tools and AI applications for process optimization
• Collaborate and (partially) lead cross-departmental projects, moderate workshops, and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree program, ideally in the field of business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
• MULTI-YEAR professional experience in process management, organizational development, and project management
• Experience in moderating workshops and working with interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with the tool BIC Process Design from GBTec is desirable
• Safe handling of common methods and tools of process management as well as ERP systems
• Basic knowledge or interest in modern technologies (e.g. AI, Data Analytics) is desirable
• Independent and result-oriented working style as well as high organizational know-how
• High stress tolerance, flexibility, and reliability round out your profile
