Your Influence

As Process Manager Operations - Partner & Payments (m/w/d), you connect precise operational work with active process management. You ensure that our processes around cost reimbursement, claims, and cooperation with health insurance companies run reliably and efficiently.

As an important part of our Partner & Payments Team, you continuously optimize our workflows, analyze patterns, and process applications in daily business. While working cross-functionally with other teams and external partners (especially health insurance companies) and being the central point of contact for questions about individual cases and problem-solving.

Your Mission

  • You analyze existing workflows around application submissions and claims, and stand in direct exchange with health insurance companies
  • You identify inefficiencies, error sources, and potential for improvement, develop process optimizations, implement them yourself, and track their impact in operational daily business
  • You structure, document, and standardize processes (e.g., workflows, guidelines)
  • You actively participate in strategic projects, e.g., to improve cooperation with health insurance companies or optimize our back-office processes
  • You process operational applications for cost reimbursement, including review, follow-up, and documentation
  • You work closely with colleagues from B2C Sales, Customer Success, and other teams together to efficiently solve individual customer requests and interdepartmental question-solving

Your Talent

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of process management/operations/back-office; ideally with operational case handling or alternatively with insurance background (e.g., private health or supplementary insurances)
  • You have a well-developed process understanding, analyze workflows, recognize patterns and inefficiencies, and optimize existing processes actively and continuously
  • You bring strong analytical skills and use Excel / Google Sheets confidently for data analysis and preparation
  • You work hands-on, very reliable, and detail-oriented, and complete operational routine tasks consistently, neatly, and independently
  • You communicate proactively, clearly, and securely with internal and external stakeholders and set clear priorities in a startup environment
  • You have fluent German language skills on C2 level in writing and speaking as well as English language skills on B2 level

Desirable:

  • You have experience working with statutory health insurance companies (e.g., claims, settlements, applications)
  • You have experience or affinity to automation, AI, or no/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, AI-based workflows) and interest in scaling processes
