As Process Manager (m/w/d) in the Securities and Passive Business area, you will be responsible for regulatory implementation, service provider management, and continuous process optimization. You will ensure smooth operations in the securities business and develop the product infrastructure in the passive area further.

Tasks

• You will take over process responsibility in the securities area, implement regulatory changes, manage service providers, and ensure smooth release processes.
• You will maintain and optimize professional systems and workflows, support sales at first-level support, and work closely with Revision, Organization, and Compliance.
• You will prepare audits, accompany them professionally, and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
• In the passive business area, you will ensure that products are technically always up-to-date, take over product responsibility for selected topics, and support sales at first-level support.
• You will analyze products, processes, and market demands, lead well-founded recommendations, and strengthen a sustainable, future-oriented product and process landscape.
• As Process Manager (m/w/d), you will promote continuous development of structures to create an efficient, safe, and customer-oriented overall process architecture.

Qualification

• A completed degree in banking or comparable degree.
• Fundamental knowledge of the securities business and regulatory requirements.
• Safe handling of IT tools and their targeted use to support processes.
• Experience in project work and strong ability to create presentations and texts.
• Analytical and structured working style with high quality standards.
• Minimum conversational German skills in writing and speaking.
