Process Manager (m/w/d)

An international machinery manufacturing company with high technical expertise and a long market presence is looking for a Process Manager. The company develops, designs, and manufactures high-quality process and equipment solutions for the food production industry and supplies customers worldwide. The focus lies on custome-made machines and equipment, which are convincing through precise processes, high product quality, and reliable industrial use. As part of an established company group, the mandate combines economic stability with continuous technological development.

In the context of further expansion, we are looking for a Process Manager (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Analyze and optimize assembly, manufacturing, and logistics processes
• Design efficient workflows with a focus on throughput times, quality, and capacities
• Application of REFA/LEAN methods (e.g. process recordings, workplace design, and key figure determination)
• Identification of inefficiencies, cause analysis, and derivation of effective measures
• Establishment and maintenance of standards and key figures for sustainable process control
• Closely cooperate with departments as a practical sparring partner
• Abbreviation, maintenance, and further development of processes in the ERP system proAlpha (e.g. work plans, part lists, master data)
• Participation in optimization projects and accompaniment of updates and rollouts

Qualification

• Techincal background in the field of machinery manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering
• Practical experience in preparation for work, process optimization, or production-related functions
• Analytical, structured working style and safe handling of key figures
• Nearness to the shop floor and communication skills in the production environment
• Self-reliant, solution-oriented working style and team ability
