Process Manager (m/w/d) Commercial Liability Insurance

As a process manager (m/w/d) for commercial liability insurance, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Developing and implementing processes to ensure efficient and effective handling of claims, • Collaborating with various departments to identify and address potential risks and opportunities, • Analyzing and evaluating data to optimize business processes and improve customer satisfaction, • Identifying and addressing areas for improvement in our claims handling process, • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, insurance, law), • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
