Process Manager (m/w/d)

You have experience in process management and want to apply your skills in an innovative HealthTech environment? Then bring your expertise along and accompany us for initially 12 months (with option for takeover) in developing and securing our processes according to the BSI C5 standard.

Aufgaben

• Steering and operational accompaniment of our C5 certification project.
• Building, further development, and documentation of our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Analyzing, documenting, and optimizing relevant processes – with the goal of accompanying our growth from start-up to scale-up process-oriented.
• Coordinating and steering external service providers, auditors:innen, and consultants:innen.
• Preliminary preparation of audit materials and accompaniment of external audits.
• Using and maintaining tools like Jira for process management.
• You will work on a company-wide key project with high visibility throughout the entire company – including direct interfaces to management, IT, and data protection.

Qualifikation

• Experience in process management or information security management (e.g. C5, ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz).
• Good knowledge in the field of data protection, IT security, or compliance.
• Structured, self-responsible working style and high communication skills.
• Safe handling with digital tools (Google Suite, Confluence, MS Office), Jira knowledge is an advantage.
• Very good German and good English skills (at least B2 level) – our company communication takes place bilingual.
• Interest in actively shaping structures and preparing processes for scaling.
