Process Management Logistics (m/f/d)

Our client is a well-known international logistics company. As part of succession planning, we are looking for a highly motivated individual for the Linz location as deputy site manager with development potential.

We offer you a highly attractive position in which you will map, analyze, and improve processes together with the site manager at the hub of an international logistics company. The goal is to succeed him in his position in 2-3 years.

The diverse range of activities also includes the following tasks:

• Analysis of existing operational processes, as well as
• Derivation of recommendations for action
• Support in the implementation of process changes
• Recording and analyzing productivity key figures
• Operational controlling and creation of reports
• Needs assessment and line planning
• Creation of presentations
• Close cooperation with the branch manager
• Management of a four-person office team

• Business education (HAK, FH, University – ideally SCM & Logistics)
• (Management) experience in the logistics environment is an advantage
• General understanding of processes
• Affinity for data and key figures
• Fluent English
• Confident use of MS Office programs (especially Excel)

Personally, you approach tasks precisely and structurally and are characterized by initiative, hands-on mentality, and flexibility in terms of time.

• Deputy or development perspective for site management (2-3 years)
• hybrid work model (2 days mobile office)
• Salary range: EUR 4,300 gross per month (with room for negotiation – depending on experience and qualifications)
