Your Responsibilities

• Optimization and further development of production processes

• Analysis of manufacturing processes and implementation of efficient solutions

• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for process improvement

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets

• Development and implementation of new manufacturing methods

• Conducting process analyses and identifying weaknesses

• Documentation and reporting of process improvements

Your Qualifications

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar field

• Experience in process optimization and Lean methodologies

• Analytical and structured way of working

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with Six Sigma or comparable methods

• Knowledge in automation and digitalization of processes

• Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, ERP)
