As a Process Engineer (m/f/d), you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing existing machine and production processes. You have experience in the area of production workflows and production processes and are eager to drive the brands ESN & More Nutrition forward? Your Mission with Us

• You analyze and optimize existing machine and production processes and implement new TPM standards directly in the operational environment.
• You develop safety concepts based on risk analyses and ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
• You initiate continuous improvement processes (CIP), conduct Kaizen and root cause analyses, and monitor machine performance through data analysis.
• You design new production workflows for product launches, select suitable equipment, and manage technical projects independently.
• You train operators and machine operators in TPM standards and develop concepts for autonomous maintenance together with production.
• You act as a central interface between production, technology, and QA and conduct internal technical audits for process optimization.

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a completed technical degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology) or a comparable qualification.
• You have a strong passion for process improvement and experience in analyzing complex workflows for resource optimization.
• You possess sound knowledge of common methods such as Lean Management, TPM, or Kaizen and enjoy implementing them in a dynamic environment.
• You are characterized by a persistent, solution-oriented approach and proactively question existing methods to increase production performance.
• You are a team player and value close collaboration with various departments, from quality assurance to machine operators.
• You communicate confidently at eye level and have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
