What we need now is a system architect, or rather an Operations & Automation Manager, who structures, automates and takes our Business Operations to the next level.

Julia Goessler GmbH is a rapidly scaling coaching online business with 23 team members. We develop programs that help people consciously shape their health, relationships and happiness. Tasks

In this role, you will take responsibility for our entire process and system landscape in the areas of Business Operations, Marketing Operations and CRM: You analyze, structure and automate. You build a scalable infrastructure that accelerates growth. You ensure that the majority of our recurring processes are automated, processes are documented and KPIs are transparently measurable.

In doing so, you connect CRM, funnels and data flows to a stable, scalable system landscape that actively supports growth. Behavior-based automations, structured data models and efficient workflows are a matter of course for you. You implement launch and evergreen processes technically securely, integrate payment gateways and keep an eye on tracking and conversion. You strategically use AI as an efficiency and scaling lever, and continuously develop our operations.

Qualification

You are structured, entrepreneurial and independent. You take ownership and recognize bottlenecks before they become critical. You communicate clearly, work solution-oriented and contribute your own ideas. Bringing order to complex structures is not a task for you - it is your strength.

You have the necessary qualifications and experience to handle the aforementioned tasks competently and professionally.
