Process and Project Manager (m/w/d) for Application Level Digitalization / IT Systems

Rügenwalder Spezialitäten Plüntsch GmbH & Co. KG is a globally operating and continuously growing medium-sized sausage producer. As an innovative family-owned business with a total of 120 employees at two locations, the company produces fine Rügenwalder specialties. For our location in Bad Arolsen, we are looking for a Process and Project Manager (m/w/d) (Application Level Digitalization / IT Systems) Tasks Responsibility for process and project management on application level digitalization / IT systems, including planning, organization, coordination and control of projects and processes. This includes the development of project plans, monitoring of project progress, identification of potential risks and opportunities, as well as the implementation of measures to minimize risks and maximize opportunities. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and control of IT systems and applications, including the planning and implementation of system updates and maintenance. Furthermore, the Process and Project Manager (m/w/d) will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in all processes and projects. Requirements Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field Experience: At least 3 years of experience in process and project management, preferably in the IT sector Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of IT systems and applications, experience with project management tools and methods, such as Asana, Trello or MS Project.
