Process and Compliance Manager (m/w/d) - Confluence, Jira & ISO 27001 - Part-time 20 to 25 hours

Aufgaben

Your Mission:

You will ensure that our knowledge, processes, and systems are clearly documented. You will work closely with our teams to structure, optimize, and maintain all contents. Your contribution ensures that Cloudiax works efficiently, transparently, and in accordance with IKS and ISO standards.

Your Tasks:

• Setting up and maintaining a central documentation structure in Confluence and Jira
• Ongoing collaboration with all teams to systematically capture current information
• Development, standardization, and optimization of processes
• Support for the introduction of new documentation and project management standards
• Surety of our internal control system's annual review by our auditor according to PS-951 Type 2 or ISAE 3402.
• Preliminary preparation of our documentation for future certifications according to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, as well as requirements resulting from NIS2.

Qualification

• Degree or study in the IT-, administrative- or commercial field or comparable experience
• Very good organizational skills and pleasure in clearly structured processes and building these
• Experience in project management as well as work with Jira/Confluence
• Basic understanding of IT processes
• Experience with ISMS, audit processes or compliance frameworks is advantageous
• Self-motivated, structured working style and ability to set priorities
• Secure in German and English communication
