Process/Change Manager (m/w/d) Location Hamburg

• Implementation of Change Management and Process Improvement projects in the aerospace field
• Responsibility for Controlling, Project Management, and Reporting to achieve goals
• Analysis, Optimization, and Documentation of complex processes
• Support in implementing strategic projects and continuous process optimization
• Self-contained and structured processing of projects with a focus on results

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Management or comparable
• Professional experience in Change Management, Controlling, Project Management, and Process Improvement in the aerospace industry
• Experience in handling MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
• Very good German and English language skills
• Teamwork ability, sense of responsibility, and resilience
