As a Provision Assistant at Acorn Park School, you will play a vital role in supporting the school’s mission to provide high-quality education and care for children with complex needs. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting the provision team in delivering high-quality educational programs and activities for students • Supporting the development of individualized learning plans and progress reports • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless transitions between settings • Maintaining accurate records and databases to track student progress and outcomes • Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
