Prototype Technician

Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and assembly of prototypes according to technical designs, realization of technological files;
• Collaboration with the development team, production for clarifying technical details and optimizing processes;
• Participation in testing prototypes and analyzing results obtained;
• Identification of non-conformities and proposing technical solutions for improvement;
• Preliminary documentation preparation for launch into production (technical files, test reports, observations);
• Following and ensuring compliance with technological prescriptions on the production flow;
• Translating projects into sample references, for validating new models to be introduced in the company's portfolio;
• Realization and testing of special products, manufactured based on individual technical designs that do not belong to the standard production range;
• Verification of correctness of drawings and sketches used on machinery and agreement for execution and delivery;

Criteria:

• Experience in a mobile production environment - advantage experience in creating prototypes and special products;
• Knowledge of interpreting technical designs, AutoCAD (2D/3D);
• Basics knowledge of computer usage (MS Office, PDF, DWG etc.);
• Attention to details, precision, and teamwork capacity.
