Hearing Aid Acoustician (M/F)

Place of work: Sosnowiec

Your responsibilities

  • Our entire team cares about the well-being and satisfaction of the Patient. It provides reliable and comprehensive service in accordance with Amplifon's mission and values. We are looking for another piece to this wonderful, prosthetic puzzle:
  • WE EXAMINE – we conduct audiological examinations, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
  • WE FIT – we select the best hearing aids tailored to the individual needs of the Patient, to restore the joy of hearing.
  • WE SELL – we deal with the sale of the latest hearing aids and accessories and care products. We adapt to the Patient's capabilities, and numerous discounts, promotional offers, installment sales, and many other tools help us!
  • WE CARE ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS – the patient is most important to us. We build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring the satisfaction and contentment of every patient.
  • WE PLAN AND CREATE – we implement sales plans, demonstrating creativity and unconventional ideas to meet the needs of Patients.
  • WE RESTORE EMOTIONS – we allow Patients to enjoy sounds that mean a lot to them.
  • WE HELP – it is we who introduce patients to the world of better hearing.
  • WE DEVELOP – we regularly improve our qualifications, participate in training to stay up-to-date with the latest solutions in the field of hearing prosthetics.
  • WE SERVE – we offer help and guide patients through the entire process,
  • WE PROMOTE – we participate in health fairs, open days, and other events to promote hearing health.
  • AND.... many other things that make our work unique!

Our requirements

  • You have a degree in audiology/hearing prosthetics or are currently studying (essential condition).
  • You are a person with high empathy, able to build positive and long-lasting relationships.
  • You approach each patient individually.
  • You demonstrate personal culture and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Sales skills.
