Proposal Specialist

Ali Professional, a company specialized in providing industrial plants, is looking for a Proposal Specialist to support the commercial team in preparing technical and commercial offers for biogas, biomethane, and related industrial projects. Main responsibilities: Analyze customer and technical partner requests to define the most suitable solution; Manage and update price lists of main suppliers (fornitori), gathering information from various sources; Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services; Collaborate with the commercial team to identify opportunities for growth and development; Prepare and submit proposals in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content; Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration; Provide support to the sales team by preparing presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials; Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities; Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
