We are looking for a Photovoltaic Proposal Engineer.

The person will join the Sales & Contract Management department and will be responsible for preparing and managing technical-economic proposals for projects in the energy sector, with a particular focus on photovoltaic systems and medium-voltage infrastructures. They will be responsible for analyzing tender documentation, developing optimal technical solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure competitive proposals that comply with regulatory and contractual requirements.

Main Activities

• Analysis of tender documentation and definition of technical and economic requirements;
• Development of technical solutions for photovoltaic systems, power lines, and medium-voltage infrastructures;
• Cost evaluation, preparation of economic proposals, and technical reports;
• Coordination with technical offices, purchasing, and project management to optimize proposals;
• Support in negotiations with clients and suppliers to ensure proposal competitiveness;
• Monitoring of sector regulations and adaptation of proposals to regulatory requirements;
• Interaction with clients, regulatory bodies, and partners to ensure the correct management of tenders.

Required Skills

• Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering or similar;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the electrical infrastructure sector, with a focus on medium voltage;
• In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems, medium-voltage infrastructures and lines, and the main sector regulations and standards (e.g., CEI, IEC, TERNA);
• Ability to prepare technical-economic proposals for complex projects;
• Experience in managing public and private tenders;
• Good command of the Office suite and electrical design and calculation software (e.g., ETAP, DigSilent, Autocad);
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).

Remuneration Information

In compliance with Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 96/2026, the Company hereby discloses information regarding the initial remuneration foreseen for the position.

The initial gross annual salary (RAL), not less than €28,748.59, is determined based on the level of responsibility and the required skills, according to objective, verifiable, and gender-neutral criteria and in consistency with the applicable CCNL.

Any economic recognition exceeding the indicated minimum threshold is attributed solely based on further, objectively verifiable elements, such as, for example:

• Relevant and qualified professional experience;
• Specific technical or managerial skills;
• Level of autonomy and responsibility effectively required by the role.

These elements are applied according to transparent and non-discriminatory criteria, in compliance with the principle of equal pay for equal or equivalent work.
