Property Senior Solicitor - Christchurch

A well-regarded full-service law firm is seeking an experienced property solicitor to join their Christchurch office. This is a high-performing and supportive team that works closely with a loyal client base across a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions.
You'll have the opportunity to step into quality files and immediately add value, working across residential conveyancing, financing and refinancing, subdivisions, trusts and company documentation in relation to land, easements, and wider property-related matters. You'll report directly to experienced partners who are known for their collaborative and people-focused leadership style.
This role will suit a confident solicitor with strong attention to detail, the ability to manage property transactions end-to-end, and a passion for delivering top-tier service to clients.

What you'll bring:
  • At least 3 years PQE in property law (conveyancing and commercial property experience preferred)

  • A proactive, process-driven approach with excellent time management
Key practice areas include:
  • Residential and commercial conveyancing
  • Subdivisions, easements, and e-dealings
  • Property-related trust and company documentation
  • Financing and refinancing transactions
  • Title review, LIMs, EQC and associated due diligence
