You advise property owners on all aspects of implementing and prioritizing their projects. - Elaboration of detailed project definitions in close collaboration with the property owners - Examination of the feasibility of the project ideas and concepts, taking into account the interests and goals of the property owners - Development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Coordination of all necessary measures to ensure the successful implementation of the projects - Monitoring and control of the progress of the projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement - Continuous communication with the property owners, stakeholders, and other relevant parties - Identification and resolution of conflicts and issues that may arise during the project implementation - Active participation in the development of new concepts and ideas for the future development of our construction projects - Collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of the projects - Development of a deep understanding of the property owners' needs, goals, and expectations - Identification of opportunities for process improvements and cost savings - Continuous learning and professional development in the field of integrated facility management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. construction management, engineering, architecture) or equivalent experience - 5 years of experience in the field of integrated facility management or a related field - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools - Certification as a Property Representative (a) is an advantage
