Embark on a fascinating and versatile role as Property Representative and lead nationwide project teams, projects, and programs in the field of integrated facility management. Shape the future of our construction projects actively and become part of a dynamic team! You advise property owners on all aspects of implementing and prioritizing their projects. - Elaboration of detailed project definitions in close collaboration with the property owners - Examination of the feasibility of the project ideas and concepts, taking into account the interests and goals of the property owners - Development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Coordination of all necessary measures to ensure the successful implementation of the projects - Monitoring and control of the progress of the projects, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement - Continuous communication with the property owners, stakeholders, and other relevant parties - Identification and resolution of conflicts and issues that may arise during the project implementation - Active participation in the development of new concepts and ideas for the future development of our construction projects - Collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of the projects - Development of a deep understanding of the property owners' needs, goals, and expectations - Identification of opportunities for process improvements and cost savings - Continuous learning and professional development in the field of integrated facility management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. construction management, engineering, architecture) or equivalent experience - 5 years of experience in the field of integrated facility management or a related field - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools - Certification as a Property Representative (a) is an advantage
