- Development of project definitions in close cooperation with the property owners

- Ensuring goal-oriented project contents through comprehensive analysis of building needs

- Representation of the property owner against planners, entrepreneurs, and third parties

- Leadership of decision-making and escalation processes

- Guaranteeing effective project communication and involvement of all stakeholders

- Independent leadership of projects as overall project leader

- Active guidance and motivation of project teams

- Control and guarantee of project goals (finances, deadlines, quality)

- Compliance with all relevant regulations in connection with the projects

- Conducting technical and professional project reviews

You have a completed vocational training in the building or construction industry with further education at FH/ HF level.

- Additional qualifications in the field of solar technology (PV) or heating are advantageous

- Business economic knowledge is advantageous

- Funded experience in project management

- Independent, reliable, and result-oriented working style

- Excellent service orientation

- Secure handling of MS Office

- Excellent German language skills, French language skills are advantageous
