Property Portfolio Manager

Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the general management and overview of a national commercial and retail portfolio and leading a dedicated team. You will build strong relationships with the client and landlord to ensure that business objectives are met, and expectations are exceeded. You will successfully achieve this by: Positioning and protecting the interests of the client and landlord, ensuring that the portfolio is optimized for maximum value and performance. This will involve: Developing and implementing effective portfolio management strategies, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to clients and landlords, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
