Responsibilities:
Property Portfolio Management: Participate in the management and monitoring of Joivy's real estate portfolio (individual dwellings and buildings), handle requests from landlords, and ensure smooth information flow regarding interventions in buildings and/or co-ownerships.
Administrative & Financial Monitoring: Oversee lease agreements, monitor rent payments and service charge contributions, manage any arrears, and prepare reports for landlords.
Owner & Partner Relations: Contribute to strengthening relationships with property owners, landlords, partner agencies, and managing agents, notably by participating in negotiations and setting up lease addendums.
Property Handover: Manage the process of handing over properties from the real estate portfolio, coordinate departures, monitor condition reports, liaise with landlords, and oversee procedures related to lease terminations.
Disputes & Litigation: Monitor disputes and potential litigation with landlords or managing agents, in coordination with internal teams and relevant legal counsel.
Regulatory & Legal Framework: Adapt our contracts to new regulatory constraints and current case law, in collaboration with other departments and landlords.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Ensure up-to-date tracking tools, analyze recurring issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of property portfolio management processes.
Your Profile
You demonstrate excellent organization, great rigor, and strong methodological skills to manage multiple real estate files simultaneously.
You are autonomous, responsive, and possess a good sense of priorities, with the ability to handle unforeseen events and complex situations with composure.
You have good negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with owners, landlords, partner agencies, managing agents, and various service providers.
You are completely comfortable with IT tools, the Microsoft Suite, Excel, and data processing or reporting.
You have experience in real estate management, rental management, property management, or asset management.
You are comfortable with administrative and financial monitoring and enjoy working on files requiring precision and long-term follow-up.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a team spirit, and a genuine ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
You have a perfect command of written and spoken French. Proficiency in English is an asset.
