About the role:
Manage a North Shore based residential portfolio of 100 properties with the support of an administrator, leasing consultant and trust accountant. You will work amongst a supportive team in a modern office space with onsite parking! With scope to progress your career into a future Head of Property Management.

- Ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Oversee arrears, maintenance and compliance
- Approve applications with landlords
- Manage bonds, insurance claims
- Prepare for and attend NCAT

Experience required:
- Residential property management experience
- Solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Class 2 Real Estate License
- Reliable car + valid driver’s license
- Professional communication and presentation
- Highly organised
- $100,000 package
- Monday to Friday
- Start now or January 2026
- Leasing, accounts and admin support
- Progression pathway to become Head of Property Management
- Onsite all-day parking
- Tech-savvy and paperless office
