Property Manager – Property Management & Development

About the Role:

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee property management and development projects. You will manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure operational efficiency across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations and tenant relations.
• Coordinate property development projects from planning to completion.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with property regulations and company policies.
• Produce regular reports on property performance and project progress.

Requirements:

• Experience in property management or development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant property regulations and legislation.
