Remote Property Manager Location: Fully remote, UK Ideal location: North East England, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire or Yorkshire Working pattern: Fully remote, home based Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Remote Property Manager to join a fast growing UK residential lettings business that is actively acquiring and expanding across the country. This role sits within a business on a strong upward trajectory and offers long term stability and career development opportunities. As a Remote Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties across the UK, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that tenants are happy. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with all relevant legislation. * Conduct property inspections and identify any maintenance or repair needs. * Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues. * Manage the end-to-end tenancy process, including referencing, contracts, and renewals. * Ensure all properties are compliant with health and safety regulations. * Manage rent arrears and resolve any payment issues. * Provide excellent customer service to both tenants and landlords. * Coordinate with contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance. * Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities. Skills and Experience: * Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role. * Excellent knowledge of UK property law and regulations. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Experience using property management software. * A proactive and problem-solving approach. * Driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable).
