Property Manager PPE

Responsibilities - Take all measures to ensure optimal rental performance (rent adjustment, budgeting of charges, investment planning, etc.) - Conduct visits, pre-visit and state-of-the-art reports - Plan, follow and coordinate maintenance and renovation works in collaboration with contractors - Technical surveillance of buildings, tracking of maintenance subscriptions, engagement and tracking of concierges, management of damages, control and coordination of works, control and tracking of invoices and budgets - In general, ensure the establishment of good relationships with owners, tenants, and other company services.
