A property management certification, a reliable car, and a strong sense of initiative are must-haves.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, with attention to detail
• Capable of managing multiple priorities
• Current driver’s licence and real estate qualification
