Our client is a boutique Real Estate agency specializing in Property Management. Their goal is to provide exceptional customer service and outstanding results to all of their clients.
About the role
- Responsible for end-to-end property management.
- The portfolio of around 100 properties based in the North-East. (suburbs include Ellenbrook, Caversham, Midland & Aveley ect...)
- Support with administration and leasing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all tenants and owners.
- No Trust accounting - They have a dedicated Trust Accounts Manager.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a property manager.
- Current Property Management Registration.
- Able to provide CURRENT Police Clearance or obtain one.
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills.
- Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficient. Property Tree or REST experience is essential.
- Generous salary + superannuation + take home company car.
- WFH Flexibility - have the ability to work from home 2 / 3 days per week after successful probation.
