Full-Time | Property Manager | Up to $80k + Super

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a 150–160 property portfolio
Conduct routine inspections and support leasing activities
Handle VCAT matters
Work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
Use Property Tree to manage all day-to-day operations

Who We’re Looking For

2–3 years’ property management experience
Confident handling VCAT processes
Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions on your own
