Property Manager

The Property Manager powered by Groundfloor24 is an independent Property Manager working on their own to help clients. Primary manage and buy, sell, or rent properties, which includes tasks like market research, property listings, client meetings, contract preparation, property viewings, and negotiations to achieve clients' goals. Property Manager must also conduct marketing to generate leads, manage client and property data, and maintain strong relationships with other professionals. Role Description: The Property Manager will be responsible for the following tasks: • Manage and coordinate all aspects of property transactions, including buying, selling, or renting properties. • Conduct market research to determine the value of a property and identify potential buyers or renters. • Prepare and present property listings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits. • Meet with clients to discuss their goals and objectives for a property transaction, and provide guidance on the process. • Negotiate contracts and agreements between parties involved in a property transaction. • Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers or renters. • Manage client and property data, including tracking leads, contacts, and transactions. • Maintain strong relationships with other professionals, such as real estate agents, attorneys, and contractors. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in property management, real estate sales, or a related field. • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
