- Managing a well-supported portfolio of approx. 140–150 residential properties
- Handling entries, exits, routine inspections, lease renewals, and arrears
- Coordinating maintenance and work orders
- Building lasting relationships with owners, tenants, and trades
- Acting as the trusted advisor for your portfolio
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration/Certificate IV in Property Services
- At least 2 years of residential property management experience
- A reliable car and valid driver’s license
- A proactive, team-focused mindset with strong communication skills
