Property Manager (Como)

Page Personnel - Support the Management in defining the development strategy for the Como area, including services, experiences, and presence on the territory, monitoring the achievement of assigned objectives. - Oversee Operations, planning, managing, and coordinating activities, employees, and collaborators. - Manage relationships with property owners in portfolio, building lasting trust and collaboration. - Perform commercial development activities through research, negotiation, and contractualization of new interested property owners to value their properties in the tourist rental market. - Care for the search and selection of team personnel at the Hub. - Manage the supplier park, selecting and stipulating agreements with local partners (cleaning, laundry, maintenance). - Take care of ordinary administrative management and active and passive financial operations. - Represent the company towards local authorities for regulatory aspects, with the support of central functions. - Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience in team management and motivation. - Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. - Analytical capabilities for reading and managing performance indicators, with particular attention to costs and margins. - Strong business orientation, authoritative leadership, and operational competence. - Practical and implementative attitude. - High ethical sense and integrity.
