Our team is friendly, hardworking and specialises in investment properties, predominantly for Opes Partner’s clients (our parent company). About The Role: Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of investment properties on behalf of our clients. This includes but is not limited to: Conducting regular property inspections and reporting back to clients Providing exceptional customer service to clients and their tenants Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors Ensuring all properties are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations Managing budgets and financial reports for each property Maintaining accurate records and files for each property About You: We are looking for a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual who has experience in property management. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the property management industry.
