They are not your traditional Real Estate Agency. Our partner focuses on helping their clients acquire wealth through property investment and this role, based in their office in the Inner Bayside, will work within their Property Management division.
your role
Managing around 170 good properties, located in Inner Melbourne, you will have assistance from a full time Leasing Consultant and a full time Administrator. There is NO Saturday work in this role and you will be able to work closely with the Department Head (who is lovely!) if you need training and support.

You will be an experienced Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager who wants to step up and be trained to manage a portfolio alone.
