We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who’s confident in end-to-end portfolio management and wants to take the next step in their career — without burning out. You’ll be backed by a strong team, a healthy culture, and the tools you need to succeed.

- Strong admin or leasing support so you can focus on what you do best
- External training provided regularly to sharpen your skills

- Managing a clean, well-supported residential portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Handling maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
- Conducting inspections (some assistance provided)
- Attending tribunal if needed
- 1-2 years of Property Management experience
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
