- Manage a well-maintained residential portfolio with strong landlord relationships.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and lease renewals with streamlined processes in place.
- Build trusted relationships with tenants and owners through clear and proactive communication.
- Work closely with a highly experienced Head of PM and a supportive team who value excellence and teamwork.

- Previous experience in Property Management or Assistant PM ready to step up.
- Confident, organised and able to juggle competing priorities with ease.
- Strong communicator with a customer-first approach.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willing to obtain).
- Drivers licence required.
