Your missions under the supervision of a Property Manager:

• Qualify, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the interventions of service providers responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of properties during their occupancy, in coordination with the Customer Care department.

• Foster the service provider network: source, train, and retain.

• Administer orders, invoices, and payments for service providers.

• Administer the rental management of properties: rents, incidents, and insurance.

• Recommend improvements in layout, equipment, and services to clients based on incidents managed and cost analyses with the Design & Build and Customer Care departments.

• Manage the execution of improvement projects, from the project definition phase to the implementation phase with the teams, in order to increase customer satisfaction and optimize the operating costs of coliving properties.

• Manage one or more Property interns: define objectives, evaluate performance, train, mentor, develop, and motivate.

Your profile:

• You are not afraid to work in a team with many stakeholders;

• You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing;

• Organization and rigor are your greatest qualities;

• You are not content with just managing the existing. Your proactivity and analytical skills drive you to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize our processes.
