Property Management Department Head

• To $130,000 + Super + Commissions
• Lead an experienced team of 4 in a well-established agency
• Take ownership of a tidy 200-property portfolio
• Rockdale Location

With strong staff retention and a respected reputation in the area, this agency offers a stable environment and a supportive Principal. Their previous Department Head was with them for 15 years, which speaks volumes about their culture and management. Join a business where you’ll be trusted to lead and grow the Property Management division.

Duties:

Portfolio Management

• Manage a well-kept portfolio of 200 properties
• Conduct routine and exit inspections
• Handle rent reviews and increases
• Option to manage End of Month procedures

Staff Management

• Lead, support and manage a team of 2 Property Managers + Leasing Executive
• Oversee staffing, leave, recruitment and inductions
• Ensure KPIs are met and conduct annual performance reviews

Driving Profitability & Growth

• Identify opportunities to improve rental returns and maximise value
• Feed prospects into BDM channels to generate new business
• Option to participate in Business Development activities (not essential)

Specific Requirements:

• Experienced Property Manager, ideally with staff management experience
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and positive work ethic
• Valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Car and driver’s licence
• Systems: PropertyTree
